Routine Bookkeeping

We provide quickbooks bookkeeping services throughout the year depending on your preference of frequency. Services are provided as frequently as once a week, or as slowly as once a year depending on what you are looking for. Typically our clients prefer the monthly schedule. 

We will work with you to examine your needs and provide you with a customized service plan that works best for you and your business. Common tasks we perform for our clients are:

• Recording and categorizing all transactions
• Reconciling the transactions to the bank and credit card statements
• Tying accounts receivable, accounts payable, and/or loans
• Sending financial reports to the owner via email

For all routine bookkeeping we will agree on a fixed price based on the volume and complexity of your business.

Quickbooks Catchup & Cleanup

If your business has months or years of bookkeeping left undone, or if you simply need things cleaned up, you’ve come to the right place. Sorting through messy books and getting them straightened out is my specialty. Allow me to take organizing your books off your plate so you can put more energy into growing your business.

This includes all services provided in routine bookkeeping.

For all cleanup and catchup work, we charge a fixed price based on the volume and complexity of the work.

Quickbooks Consultation or Support

Need help setting up your quickbooks or a walkthrough of how Quickbooks works and how you should manage it? Not every business is at the point where monthly bookkeeping makes sense. I will be your reference when you need one. I can help you get setup, create your chart of accounts, or answer any other QuickBooks related questions you have. Book a consultation for anything quickbooks online related.
